1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LinkCard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkCard. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• You may not create accounts for others or impersonate other people.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, stalk, or threaten other users.
• Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content in your profile.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the service.
• Circumvent coin purchases or exploit the free allowance system.

5. Location Sharing

LinkCard displays your approximate location to nearby users. By enabling location access, you consent to this. You can use Anonymous mode to hide your identity while still contributing to location activity counts.

6. Connections & Privacy

Your social links and payment information are only shared with users who you have accepted a connection with. You can block any user at any time, which immediately removes their ability to see your profile or location.

7. Coins & Purchases

• Coins are a virtual currency used within LinkCard for premium actions (location views, connection requests beyond the free weekly allowance).
• Coin purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and the free weekly allowance.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post (bio, profile photo, social handles). By posting content, you grant LinkCard a non-exclusive license to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data.

10. Disclaimers

LinkCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for interactions between users or the accuracy of location data. Use the app at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkCard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LinkCard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
